Shipping & Delivery
We ship to most countries worldwide for all domestic and international packages and while we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we can't always guarantee or accept liability for deliveries completed outside of this timeframe. As with most businesses, we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate deliveries, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. Please make sure to provide complete and accurate shipping details to avoid any potential delays or error with your delivery.
The standard shipping times are as follows:
- Express Shipping (US): 5-7 Business Days
- Express Shipping (Rest of World): 6-8 Business Days
We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details upon checking out. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
Once your package is handed off for for shipment, we are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges incurred.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for choosing to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please refer to our Returns Policy section for more information.
